Accessibility

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. If anything here gets in your way, please tell us and we will fix it.

What we have done

• Every page uses proper headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can move through it without reading everything in order.
• Every photograph has a text description, and decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
• Everything you can click, you can also reach and operate with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and interface colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum for normal text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
• Buttons, links and form fields are at least 48 × 48 pixels on touch screens, with space between them.
• The site works at 200% browser zoom without content being cut off, and animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for that.
• Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in words, not just colour.

Known limitations

The photo viewer opens in a dialog. It can be closed with the Escape key or the close button, and moved through with the arrow keys.

Accessibility of the condo itself

The condo has easy, level access to the front door with no long outdoor staircase, but it is arranged over three floors with internal stairs between them. If you have specific access needs, please ask before booking and we will describe the layout honestly.
