Cookie Policy

No analytics or advertising cookie is set on this site unless you choose to accept it. The one exception is the embedded map on the Area page, which loads directly from Google — see section 2 below.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others are used to measure how the site is used. This site also uses localStorage, which works in a similar way, to remember your cookie choice.

The analytics cookies are loaded directly from Google Analytics, and only after you press “Accept analytics cookies”. If you reject, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and neither cookie is set.
The Google Maps embed on the Area page works differently: it loads automatically as part of that page, the same way the map would on a printed brochure showing a neighbourhood. It is not gated by your analytics choice above, because it is treated as page content rather than a tracking script. It only appears on that one page.

- Essential — needed for the site to work or to honour your privacy choice. These do not require consent, but are listed above for transparency.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful. Off by default.
This site sets no advertising or social media cookies. The Area page embeds a Google Map, which is the one exception described in section 2 above.
4. Your choices
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Choosing “Reject non-essential” stops analytics loading; any analytics cookie already set can be removed through your browser's own settings.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies for any site. Blocking essential storage may mean the cookie banner reappears on every page.
5. Changes to this policy
If the cookies used by the site change, this page and the table above will be updated.
