  “We stayed for the month of February 2026. We loved the location, 1/4 mile from Boulder Lodge. As is most of Kingsbury Grade, the area is heavily developed. But the condo is uniquely tucked in among the boulders, feels private and the neighbors were friendly and kind. The natural light the condo gets is wonderful. The kitchen was also well equipped, great for a long stay.

  The only drawbacks were it wasn't as clean as I prefer — dusty corners, a little missed grunge; the bottom floor is chilly; and oddly there were no top sheets included in the bedding.

  All in all we loved the place and would enthusiastically stay there again and again.”

  “We really enjoyed our stay and the description was clear. There are a few minor things in need of attention but they were mostly described and not a problem for us.

  Great location if you like a peaceful quieter area and nice size so you are not tripping over each other. Walking to Boulder lift and shuttles not too far away. Would recommend if travelling from overseas hiring a car to really take advantage of the area, and to take the rubbish out to the required location.

  We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if in the area.”

  “Kimberly was great, we had an issue with the internet and she had the provider dispatched to the condo very quickly and the problem got fixed and worked perfect the remainder of our stay. She is great and always answered no matter what we had questions on. The place is great and has a view of the lake, so I could not have been happier.”

  “We had a wonderful experience with Kim! Communication was excellent from start to finish — friendly, clear, and very prompt. She made everything easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude. To be honest, we enjoyed it so much that we booked again for two weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests.”

  “We enjoyed a month-long ‘ski sabbatical’ at Kimberly's condo. The place was big enough to fit numerous family members and friends who came to stay during the month. The loft with a remote work space was key. Kitchen was small but well stocked; living/dining area was large enough to hold a crowd.

  5-minute drive to two different base lodges. The town was fun with casinos on the Nevada side and restaurants/shops in California. Kimberly was gracious and easily accessible for questions and info, offering suggestions for restaurants, hikes, cross country trails, etc. Overall it was a great experience!”

  “The experience was absolutely fantastic for us. We were two families with 4 kids and this was our first time to Tahoe. Kim was extremely prompt in her communications to me and made us feel at ease. The house is impeccably maintained, has a great view and has plenty of space for the kids.

  The only downside is that the house has no air conditioning which may be an issue on hot days but nothing a couple of fans cannot address.”
