Why a 28-night minimum
This condo doesn't take bookings shorter than 28 nights. It's set up as a long-term base — for remote work, a retirement season, or an extended visit with family — rather than a short weekend getaway, and the condo, the loft workspace and the kitchen are all arranged with that longer stay in mind.
The 8-guest maximum is one fixed group, named at booking and staying for the whole reservation — not a rotating roster. This isn't a fit for crews or contractors swapping people in and out week to week; it's for the same household the entire stay.
For stays longer than 28 nights, Kim is often able to offer a better rate the longer you stay — message her through the Airbnb listing to talk through it before you book.
Any discount is agreed with Kim through Airbnb messaging and reflected in the price shown when you book on Airbnb.
